I have for a while been wanting to start a blog that might encourage others to know they are not alone. I don't mean in the "is there life on other planets" kind of alone, but in the "oh good I am not the only one" kind of alone. I will be sharing some very personal life changing experiences that I have gone through or am going through, as well as thoughts that I have, along with what I have learned. All of them will be in the hope that I can be an encouragement to others, but more importantly to show that blessings do come from the yuck that occurs in our lives. It's not that I am perfect and I feel others should learn from me, but more that I am always comforted when I hear that someone has been through a similar experience and has come out on the other side full, whole, well, blessed, whatever, able to speak of it. It might not be pretty at times and you might feel uncomfortable as you read as I will filter some but not alot. I won't have the answers to everything and I promise there will be times that God will be refining me and won't be finished and so I might just be thinking out loud. Feel free to comment whenever and also certainly feel free to share with anyone you think might be blessed or be intrigued. I guess you could say that I am fulfilling my own destiny as many years ago I was given the nickname "sharegirl". That name was given to me by one who said I share waaaay to much and sometimes without a filter and therefore can bring embarrassment upon myself or others. I am who I am because God made me and I am really ok with that! See above video if you haven't already played it. Nothing is offlimits on this blog so get ready- I pray that God will use me in a way that will please Him! I pray that others will be blessed because of my raindrops that I have endured. I pray that I will be able to use the lessons that I have learned from being refined to parent my children in order that they may know that they are never alone and neither are you readers!
